Provider Information: Name, email, phone number, business name, business type, payment information, and service details provided during registration and use of the Service.
Client Information: Names, phone numbers, appointment history, notes, and preferences entered by Providers on behalf of their clients.
BarberSched sends SMS messages to clients on behalf of Providers for appointment reminders, confirmations, and scheduling updates. Clients can opt out of SMS communications at any time. We use Telnyx as our SMS provider; messages are transmitted through their infrastructure.
Payment information is processed by Stripe and/or Square. BarberSched does not store full credit card numbers. Payment processing is subject to the respective privacy policies of Stripe (stripe.com/privacy) and Square (squareup.com/legal/privacy).
We retain Provider and client data for the duration of the Provider's account. Upon account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days. Providers may export their data at any time before account closure.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We share data with third-party services necessary to provide the Service: Telnyx (SMS), Stripe (payments), Square (payments), Google Calendar, and Apple Calendar. Data shared is limited to what's necessary for each service's function.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Providers are responsible for responding to data requests from their clients.
