BarberSched ("the Service") is a scheduling, appointment management, and communication platform for service providers. The Service includes appointment scheduling, SMS reminders, payment processing integration, and related business tools.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. SMS charges ($0.03/text) are billed at the end of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must select a plan and provide payment information to continue using the Service.
BarberSched is a scheduling and communication tool, not a guarantee of business outcomes. The Provider acknowledges that outages, SMS delays, or service interruptions may occur. BarberSched is not liable for lost revenue, missed appointments, or client disputes resulting from service disruption. BarberSched will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but provides no SLA guarantee.
Provider indemnifies and holds harmless BarberSched, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from Provider's use of the Service, including but not limited to disputes with clients, regulatory violations, or misuse of the platform.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications, to harass or abuse clients or other users, or to engage in fraudulent activity. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Client data entered by Providers (names, phone numbers, notes) is the Provider's responsibility. BarberSched processes this data on the Provider's behalf.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, Provider's access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period. Provider may export their data before account closure.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
